Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 24-52148 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Reports for October 2023. (Citywide) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 24-52149 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing the Housing Authority, or designee, to execute a contract, and any necessary documents including any necessary subsequent amendments, with GovConnection, Inc., dba Connection – Public Sector Solutions, of Merrimack, NH, for furnishing, delivering, and installing as-needed information technology solutions, products, and related services, on the same terms and conditions afforded to Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC), of Texas Contract No. R210402, through OMNIA Partners, Public Sector in an annual amount not to exceed $2,000,000, until the current contract expires on May Page 1 of 2  HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA AGENDA TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2024 411 W. (Citywide) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-52150 Recommendation to authorize Executive Director, or designee, to execute all documents necessary between Omninet Freeway, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, to lease the property at 1500 Hughes Way, Suite 300, for a period of ten years, and increasing rent by three percent annually, with the option to extend for one five-year period.
