NEW BUSINESS 2. 22­002MA Recommendation to receive supporting documentation into the record, conclude the public hearing, consider the Appeal from Lynn Williams; and deny the Appeal and uphold the Marine Bureau’s decision to terminate his permit for violation of Long Beach Marina Rules and Regulations effective January 31, 2022. (Joan Palango, Executive Vice President) MANAGER'S REPORT TO COMMISSION 6. 22­004MA Recommendation to receive and file the Manager's monthly oral updates. COMMITTEE STATUS REPORTS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE Mark Turpin ­ Chair Chairman Turpin commented all items were reviewed at today’s meeting. FINANCE COMMITTEE Tom Mayes ­ Chair Commissioner Marino reviewed revenue and financials and requested for a financial summary to be presented to the Marine Advisory Commission. PUBLIC COMMENT Melinda Cotton thanked the Marine Bureau staff for keeping the beach clean, and spoke of another Wibit water playground that is to be positioned off of 6th Place in the ocean.
