Suggested Action: Approve recommendation NEW BUSINESS 2. 22-028MA Recommendation to endorse the submission to execute any and all documents necessary for a Fourth Amendment to Lease No. 27959 with The Gondola Getaway, Inc., to extend the Lease for one year, through April 30, 2023, to allow for continued operation of the Lessee’s gondola concession while a new agreement process is conducted. (District 3) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation 3. 22-029MA Recommendation to endorse the submission to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Long Beach and the Long Beach Yacht Club, a non-profit public benefit corporation, establishing a management agreement for installation and use of temporary floating dock, small boat storage and paddle board racks on property within the jurisdiction of the City of Long Beach currently managed and maintained by Long Beach Yacht Club. Amendments will address antiquated LBMC sections related to Chapter 16.08 - Marinas and Chapter 16.12 - Pacific Ocean Areas that, as currently stated, are no longer applicable in the form of efficient and effective governance of the Long Beach Marinas. (Districts 1, 2, 3) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation MANAGER'S REPORT TO COMMISSION 5. 22-027MA Recommendation to receive and file the Manager's monthly oral updates.
