Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-52158 Recommendation to authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to extend the Right-of-Entry Permit No. P-00256 and all documents necessary to Spohn Ranch, Inc., a California corporation, to approve the addition of artwork of the cement skate elements at an existing skatepark located at Silverado Park.
