Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 2. 24-52494 Recommendation to consider approval or denial, of the fee waiver requests outlined in Attachment “A” in accordance with the Fee Waiver policy. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 24-52495 Recommendation to authorize the Seventh Amendment to Permit No. 28246 with Bridge Enterprises, Inc., to extend the term of the Permit for tennis instruction in Department of Parks, Recreation, and Marine contract classes until December 31, 2024, unless sooner terminated at the discretion of the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine. CLARK COMMUNITY CENTER BRIDGE ROOM, 9:00 AM Authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Right-of-Entry permit and any other documents necessary for the installation of the eight new plaques, maintenance of all plaques associated with the previous permits and new Permit; and the replacement of the “fallen heroes” banners on flagpoles throughout the park, with Honoring Our Fallen for a three-year term from April 1, 2024, through March 30, 2027, with one three-year renewal option. (District 5) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-52525 Recommendation to receive and file the Director’s monthly highlights report, “We Create Community” and “Director’s Highlights” for March 2024.
