(District 1) Or Determine the proposed activity does not provide a sufficient overall public benefit and deny Special Event Permit Application #25-019 from the Long Beach Public Library Foundation, a California nonprofit corporation, to host the Grape Expectations Gala at Lincoln Park on October 6, 2024. (District 1) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-54100 Recommendation to receive and file the Director’s monthly highlights report, “We Create Community” and “Director’s Highlights” for July 2024.
