Pacific Coast Highway in the Mixed-Use Community Core (MU- CC) designation of Southeast Area Specific Plan (SEASP). (District 3) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 23-51615 Recommendation to accept Categorical Exemption CE23-094 and, Approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP23-018) and adopt the proposed findings and conditions of approval thereto, for a duplicate beer manufacturing alcohol license (Alcoholic Beverage Control License, Type 23) and the on and off-site sales of beer within an existing commercial tenant space located at 2122 East 4th Street (APN:7263-004-047) in the Neighborhood Pedestrian (CNP) Zoning District.
