OCEAN BOULEVARD CIVIC CHAMBERS, 5:00 PM facility at a new one-story, 1,775-square-foot coffee shop at 1601 and 1629 East Pacific Coast Highway in the Regional Highway Commercial (CHW) Zoning District; and Find the proposed vacation of a 12-foot-wide alley that bisects the two parcels (APN: 7216-033-033 and 7216-033-027) at 1601 and 1629 East Pacific Coast Highway in conformance with the adopted goals and policies of the City’s General Plan (GPC 22-003) in the Regional Highway Commercial (CHW) Zoning District. (District 6) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-53028 Recommendation to accept Categorical Exemption CE24-030 and approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP22-037) and adopt the proposed findings and conditions of approval thereto, to operate a new-build wireless telecom site with 12 panel antennas with 15 RRUs, mounted on an existing Southern California Edison High-Tension Electrical Tower including ground-mounted equipment and diesel generator within concrete masonry unit enclosures located at 7202 East Willow Street, immediately south of East Spring Street, on a plot directly adjacent to the San Gabriel River (APN 7235-004-800), located in the Park (P) zoning district. (District 4) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 24-53029 Recommendation to receive the Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) Compliance Checklist (PECC-01-24), determine that the project is within the scope of the project previously analyzed as part of the Globemaster Corridor Specific Plan (GCSP) PEIR (SCH No. 2018091021) and will not result in any new significant impacts, or impacts more severe than those studied in the PEIR, and warrants no further environmental review pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15162; and approve Site Plan Review (SPR23-050) for development of a 73,780-sq. ft. aircraft hangar complex on a 7.48-acre leasehold at the Long Beach Airport, located at 3605 East Spring Street in the GCSP Airport District (SP-3-AP).
