1. 22-001TI Recommendation to approve the minutes from the Technology &
Innovation Commission meeting held, Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
2. 22-002TI Recommendation to review and approve the draft TIC white paper titled
"Analysis and recommendations for regulating facial recognition
technology and other "smart" devices and platforms" for transmission to
the City Council for consideration.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
3. 22-003TI Recommendation to review and approve the City's Equitable Data
Collection Toolkit.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.

4. 22-004TI Recommendation to review and approve Draft Data Privacy Guidelines
Implementation Plan recommendation and priorities.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Commission
on items of interest to the public within the Commission's jurisdiction. Each speaker will
be limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair.
