3. 22-006TI Recommendation to review and discuss revisions to the draft TIC white
paper titled "Analysis and recommendations for regulating facial
recognition technology and other "smart" devices and platforms", as well
as to discuss the next steps for involving the Equity and Human Relations
Commission and for transmission of the final document to the City Council
for consideration.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Commission
on items of interest to the public within the Commission's jurisdiction. Each speaker will
be limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair.
