1. 22-009TI Recommendation to approve the minutes from the Technology &
Innovation Commission meeting held Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
2. 22-010TI Recommendation to receive and file a progress report on the Technology
& Innovation Commission white paper titled "Analysis and
recommendations for regulating facial recognition technology and other
"smart" devices and platforms", and to provide an update on the
presentation to the Equity and Human Relations Commission.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
3. 22-011TI Recommendation to receive and file a presentation on the Smart Cities
Initiative Annual Report 2022.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.

4. 22-012TI Recommendation to discuss potential Technology & Innovation
Commission topics for 2022.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Members of the public are invited to address the Commission
on items of interest to the public within the Commission's jurisdiction. Each speaker will
be limited to two minutes unless that time is extended by the Chair.
