Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 22-003TU Recommendation to confirm that the City Manager’s proposed revision to the Measure A spending plan in the FY 22 Adjusted Budget conforms with the intent of Resolution Nos. RES-16-0018 and RES-19-0127 prioritizing spending and with the language contained in the ballot measure expressed in Resolution Nos. RES-16-0017 and RES-19-0173. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 22-004TU Recommendation to receive and file an update on the status of approved Fiscal Year 2017-2022 Measure A infrastructure projects. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 22-005TU Recommendation to receive and file an update on the Long Beach Police Department’s use of Measure A funding to structurally support South Patrol Division, the Police Academy, and Quality of Life Officers, as well as non-infrastructure related one-time funding for Neighborhood Safe Streets and the Police Jail Clinician. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 22-006TU Recommendation to elect a Chair and Vice Chair of the Transactions and Use Tax Citizens' Advisory Committee. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
