Lynch Quality Wells & Pumps, Inc., in an amount of $4,320,360. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 23-51637 Approve recommendation to authorize revision of the Long Beach Utilities Department Rules and Regulations Appendix A and B: LBUD Rate Schedule – Charges for Potable Water, Reclaimed Water, and Sewer Service, and implementation of a new Water Capacity Impact Fee. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
