Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 24-51973 Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to execute a one-year contract, with the option for two one-year extensions, with The Gualco Group to provide state advocacy and lobbying services, in an amount not to exceed $95,000. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 24-51974 Recommendation to authorize the General Manager to issue a project task order to JIG Consultants under On-Call Professional Engineering Contract No. UT-3802 for the Large Potable Water Valve Replacement Project - De Ora Way, Palo Verde Avenue, Orange Avenue, El Dorado Park, and Wardlow Road (EO-3674) in the amount not to exceed $231,020.
