MEETING CALLED TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. OPEN FORUM (5 Minutes per Speaker) Each person wishing to speak at the Open Forum will have five (5) minutes to speak on any topic. Below are instructions for how to provide comment: Add your name to the Public Invited To Be Heard sign-up list outside Council Chambers before the start of the meeting. The sign-up sheet is available starting at 6:30 p.m. Those appearing in person and on the list prior to the start of the meeting will be invited to speak first and will be called to the podium to speak in the order they have signed up. Unlike regular Council Meetings, Mayor and Council Members may and do engage with speakers during the Open Forum due to the more informal nature of this session. 4. MAYOR AND COUNCIL COMMENTS 5.
