City Council Pre-Session

AGENDA – Revised 2/21/23 at 10 am City Council Pre-Session February 21, 2023, 6:00 PM City Council Study Session Room, 350 Kimbark St. If you need special assistance in order to participate in this meeting, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at 303-651-8649 five days in advance of the meeting to make arrangements. The purpose of the monthly pre-session meetings is for the Longmont City Council members to meet in a relaxed open meeting format conforming to the Colorado Sunshine law. Each meeting will begin with Roll Call. The first half of the hour will be for updates on boards and commission meetings. The updates will be given by the councilor who is the liaison to the board or commission. The second half of the meeting will be an open discussion on a topic suggested by a councilor or a round table discussion on any topic or concern. 1. Roll Call 2. Meeting Topics To be Discussed A. Updates on Board and Commissions (5 minutes for each Council Member) B. Mayor Pro-Tem Rodriguez will start the discussion on the Metropolitan Stadium tax reimbursement. 1.
