Report of the Chair c. 7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Resolution from the Longmont Museum Advisory Board in support of Museum expansion and capital campaign. 8. NEW BUSINESS a. Capital Campaign presentation by Fund Development Manager, Meaghan Peters. b. Select Nomination Committee (of no more than 2 MAB members) to conduct interviews of the 4 candidates for the 4 open terms. Interviews must be completed by the end of May. 9. BOARD COMMENTS 10. ADJOURN Mission Statement: The Longmont Museum is a center for culture in Northern Colorado where people of all ages explore history, experience art, and discover new ideas through dynamic programs, exhibitions, and events. Land Acknowledgment: We acknowledge that Longmont sits on the traditional territory of the Cheyenne, Arapaho, Ute, and other indigenous peoples. We honor the history and the living and spiritual connection that the first peoples have with this land. It is our commitment to face the injustices that happened when the land was taken, and to educate our communities, ourselves, and our children to ensure that these injustices do not happen again.
