A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application #V26-05 filed by MLMT Properties DBA Phillips Flooring for a variance to the parking requirements of the City of Longview Unified Development Code (UDC), Article B Section 3.03 to allow for 18 parking spaces instead of the required 24 parking spaces located at 1904 Judson Road. B. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held to consider application #V26-06 filed by Julian Torres for a variance to the front setback requirements of the City of Longview Unified Development Code (UDC), Article B Section 4.03 Subsection C (2) to allow for a residential accessory building to be located in front of the facade of the main building located at 910 East Whaley Street.
