The proposed amendment would decrease the contract compensation by $31,000 and extend the contract term by 17 months resulting in a new maximum compensation amount of $748,000 with a term of four years and five months, effective May 1, 2020 through September 30, 2024. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that there is no impact to the General Fund. The proposed contract will be fully funded by the Building and Safety Building Permit Enterprise Fund (48R).
