Roll Call Chair Person Blackwell introduced the committee members and non-committee members that were present. A quorum was established. Committee Member Denton left at 4:45 PM, Committee Member Peden left at 4:53 PM and Committee Member Yates left at 5:21 PM. CIF022818PW24 APPROPRIATING $353,780 FROM DISTRICT 24 CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDS TO PUBLIC WORKS FOR PAVING OF SMITHTON ROAD, MCCREA LANE, MULLANEY COURT, BILLY BONE COURT, DAWKINS COURT, TREWLANEY COURT, SIRATE LANE AND CARPENTER DRIVE.
