Council Member Sexton Smith introduced Ashley Smith, Waterfront Development Corporation, who spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Peden, seconded by Committee Member Triplett, that this Ordinance be amended by adding the following: • $1,000 from District 2 • $500 each from Districts 1, 3, 6, 24 and 25 • $250 each from Districts 14, 17 and 23 The motion to amend carried by a voice vote for a new total amount appropriated of $6,750. A motion was made by Committee Member Triplett, seconded by Committee Member Kramer, that this Ordinance be amended by adding the following: • $500 from District 15 The motion to amend carried by a voice vote for a new total amount appropriated of $7,250.
