Elect_BROD_Chair Request: Election of BROD Chair A motion was made by Committee Member Reverman, seconded by Committee Member Paprocki, to elect Ken Baker to serve as Chair for the Bardstown Rd./Baxter Ave. Review Overlay District Committee. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Bartley, Fuller, Paprocki, Reverman, Tran, Morris and Baker Absent: 1- Cox Old Business 2. 20-OVERLAY-0057 Request: Demolition and New construction of a mixed-use structure Project Name: Time & Space Building Location: 1279 Bardstown Rd Owner: Kashmira Singh Applicant: Ana Nouri, Concepts21 PLLC.
