The property owner will apply for a Right of Way License Agreement with Public works, the fee from which will be paid by the property owner. 2. Louisville Metro will be named on the owner’s insurance policy as an Additional Insured, the amount of which will be determined by Public Works. 3. The property owner will post a bond with Public Works for the lifetime of the encroachment into the public right of way. 4. The property owner must obtain a building permit for the fence.
