p.m. and 7 a.m., be CONTINUED with the facts to be determined by Planning
and Design Zoning Enforcement with the cooperation of Staff and Legal
Counsel and report the findings to the Board on a 2-month periodic basis for a
period of 6 months. The motion carried by the following vote:

allow additional min-warehouse units in a C-2 zoning district, be APPROVED,
SUBJECT to the existing Conditions of Approval.
Existing Conditions of Approval (16CUP1009)
1. The site shall be developed in strict compliance with the approved
development plan. No further development shall occur on site without the
prior review and approval by the Board.
2. The site shall be landscaped in accordance with the requirements of
Chapter 10 of the Land Development Code.
3. Loading doors and vehicle maneuvering area shall be located away from the
exterior of the property.
4. No storage of toxic or hazardous materials shall be allowed on the property.
5. There shall be no retail or wholesale sales or distributing activities on site.
6. No outdoor storage shall be allowed on the property.
7. Only on free standing sign shall be allowed. Such sign may be illuminated
but shall be non-flashing and stationary in all components. Such sign shall not
exceed 20 feet in height nor exceed a total of 64 square feet in area per side.
8. The Conditional Use Permit shall be “exercised” as described in KRS
100.237 within one year of the Board’s vote on this case. If the Conditional Use
Permit is not so exercised, the site shall not be used for a mini-warehouse
without further review and approval by the Board.
