O-469-14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2014, PERTAINING TO THE CAPITAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 BY EXCHANGING $100,000 IN BOND PROCEEDS WITH CDBG FUNDING BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS ADMINISTERED BY THE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
