ID 14-1409 LOUISVILLE WATER COMPANY ANNUAL REPORT Attachments: 11-13-14 Metro Council Budget 2015 Jim Brammell, Amber Halloran and Spencer Bruce presented the Water Company's Annual Report. Pending Legislation 2. O-520-14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2014 AND ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES 2014 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET, RESPECTIVELY, BY TRANSFERRING $12,000 FROM THE DISTRICT 19 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUND TO THE DISTRICT 19 CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUND. (Action Required By: May 2015) Sponsors:Jerry T. Miller (R-19) A motion was made by Council Member Johnson, seconded by Council Member Fleming, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. (Action Required By: May 2015) Sponsors:Glen Stuckel (R-17) A motion was made by Council Member Woolridge, seconded by Vice Chair Downard, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. R-258-14 A RESOLUTION OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT, KENTUCKY AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF MERRILL LYNCH, PIERCE, FENNER & SMITH INCORPORATED AS A CO-REMARKETING AGENT FOR THE $35,000,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT, KENTUCKY, POLLUTION CONTROL REVENUE BONDS, 2001 SERIES B (LOUISVILLE GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY PROJECT), AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING CERTAIN RELATED ACTIONS RELATED TO THE ABOVE-IDENTIFIED BONDS. (Action Required By: May 2015) Sponsors:David Tandy (D-4) A motion was made by Council Member Woolridge, seconded by Council Member Johnson, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to Old Business. Vice Chair Downard stated that the Chair would be abstaining on this vote and therefore the Ordinance would be sent to Old Business. However, due to Chair Butler's expected absence at the November 20, 2014 Council Meeting he will be requesting that the Ordinance be moved from Old Business to the Consent Calendar at that meeting.
