David Morris, Economic Development Department, and Jim Parsons, representing University of Louisville, spoke to the item. With no one else present to speak Chair Person Butler closed the public hearing. Pending Legislation 2. O-560-14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2014 AND ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES 2014 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET, RESPECTIVELY, BY TRANSFERRING $50,000 FROM THE DISTRICT 18 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUND TO THE DISTRICT 18 CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUND. O-544-14 (Pending Committee Action) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE DEVELOPMENT AREA (THE “DEVELOPMENT AREA”), AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE N0. 199, SERIES 2010, TO AMEND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT AREA, TO ADOPT AN ADDENDUM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AREA, AMENDING THE LOCAL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AREA, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS AND THE TAKING OF ANY OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSES AUTHORIZED BY THIS ORDINANCE.
