ID 15-141 Second Quarter Financial Report - Daniel Frockt, OMB Attachments: 03-05-15 Budget Mtg Q2 FY15 Expenditures 03-05-15 Budget Mtg Capital Project Status Report Dec-15 for Council 03-05-15 Budget Mtg Q2 FY15 PSC Report 03-05-15 Budget Mtg FY15 Q2 Revenue Daniel Frockt of OMB provided the Second Quarter Financial Report. Because the Committee Members didn't receive the report until late, Chair Person Hamilton requested Mr. Frockt to return at the March 5th Budget Committee meeting to continue discussion on the report. Pending Legislation 2. O-019-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2014 AND ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES 2014 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET, RESPECTIVELY, BY TRANSFERRING $30,000 FROM THE DISTRICT 4 CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUND TO THE DISTRICT 4 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUND. (Action Required By: August 2015) Sponsors:David Tandy (D-4) A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Council Member Blackwell, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval to the Metro Council. A motion was made by Council Member Johnson, seconded by Council Member James, that this Ordinance be amended by correcting the amount from $30,000 to $40,000. The motion carried by a voice vote. O-020-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2014, PERTAINING TO THE CAPITAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 BY RETITLING A BOND FUND PROJECT ADMINISTERED BY THE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT. (Action Required By: August 2015) Sponsors:Vicki Aubrey Welch (D-13) and Cheri Bryant Hamilton (D-5) Chair Person Hamilton without objection was added to the Ordinance as a Co-Sponsor. A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Council Member Blackwell, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
