A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Vice Chair Downard, that this Ordinance be amended by changing the title to read as follows: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 107, SERIES 2013 AND ORDINANCE 101, SERIES 2014 PERTAINING TO THE 2013-2014 AND 2014-2015 CAPITAL BUDGETS, BY MOVING A PROJECT NAMED REINSTATE PROPOSED CAPITAL LAPSES TO A NEW PROJECT TITLED DISTRICT 8, PAVING AND SIDEWALKS, INCREASING DISTRICT 21 PAVING AND SIDEWALKS, INCREASING ZOO CAPITAL ACCOUNT, AND INCREASING ALLEY PAVING PROJECT."
