O-159-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 103, SERIES 2015 AND ORDINANCE NO. 104, SERIES 2015 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2015-16 OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET, RESPECTIVELY, BY TRANSFERRING $68,000.00 FROM THE DISTRICT 16 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUND TO THE DISTRICT 16 CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUND. (Action Required By: January 2016) Sponsors:Kelly Downard (R-16) A motion was made by Council Member Woolridge, seconded by Vice Chair Downard, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Vice Chair Downard spoke to the item. O-161-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 103, SERIES 2015 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2015-16 OPERATING BUDGET, BY TRANSFERRING $125,000 FROM COMMUNITY SERVICES TO DEVELOP LOUISVILLE AND RE-APPROPRIATING $20,000 BETWEEN EXTERNAL AGENCIES (AS AMENDED). (Action Required By: January 2016) Sponsors:David James (D-6) A motion was made by Council Member Woolridge, seconded by Council Member James, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Daniel Frockt, Office of Management and Budget, spoke to the item. Beth Stenberg, Metro Council Finance, and Charles Weathers, District 1 Legislative Assistant, spoke to the item and the proposed amendment. A motion was made by Vice Chair Downard, seconded by Council Member James, that this Ordinance be amended to delete funding for four organizations and add funding to continue the contract with Metro Housing Resource Center for D1 emergency home repair program, exterior paint and dusk to dawn light. The motion carried by a voice vote. Chair Person Hamilton stated that Council Member Jessica Green was added as a sponsor.
