O-222-15 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FORGIVABLE LOAN, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 54, SERIES 2009, TO COMMUNITY VENTURES CORPORATION, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, AND MARKETING OF TWENTY-SEVEN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE RUSSELL NEIGHBORHOOD URBAN RENEWAL AREA (AS AMENDED). (Action Required By: February 2016) Sponsors:David Tandy (D-4) Attachments: CVC Forgivable Loan Ordinance 090315 O-222-15 and O-223-15 PPP A motion was made by Council Member Woolridge, seconded by Council Member Butler, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to the Consent Calendar: NOTE: It was determined after the meeting that the item should have been sent to Old Business. O-276-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 103, SERIES 2015 AND ORDINANCE NO. 104, SERIES 2015 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2015-16 OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET, RESPECTIVELY, BY TRANSFERRING $40,000 FROM THE DISTRICT 20 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUND TO THE DISTRICT 20 CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUND. (Action Required By: March 2016) Sponsors:Stuart Benson (R-20) A motion was made by Council Member Woolridge, seconded by Council Member Johnson, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. O-282-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 103, SERIES 2015 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2015-16 OPERATING BUDGET, BY INCREASING REVENUE COMMISSION PAYMENTS BY $126,000 AND INCREASING PUBLIC WORKS & ASSETS GENERAL FUND BY $126,000 TO SUPPORT MOWING INITIATIVES. (Action Required By: March 2016) Sponsors:Kelly Downard (R-16), Cheri Bryant Hamilton (D-5) and Angela Leet (R-7) Attachments: Mowing $126K Public Works FY16 A motion was made by Council Member Woolridge, seconded by Council Member Johnson, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Without objection, Chair Person Hamilton granted Council Member Leet's request to be added as a co-sponsor. The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to Old Business: Yes: 9- Hamilton, Leet, Kramer, Blackwell, Butler, Downard, Parker, Johnson, and Ackerson No: 1- Woolridge Excused: 1- James Adjournment A motion was made by Vice Chair Downard, seconded by Council Member Kramer, that the meeting be adjourned.
