Chair Person Hamilton called the meeting to order at 4:06 p.m. and introduced
the members and non-members that were present. A quorum was established.

CONSTRUCTION, AND MARKETING OF TWENTY-SEVEN PARCELS OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE RUSSELL NEIGHBORHOOD URBAN RENEWAL AREA
(AS AMENDED). (Action Required By: February 2016)
