O-344-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 107, SERIES 2013, ORDINANCE NO. 108, SERIES 2013, AND ORDINANCE NO. 104, SERIES 2015 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEARS 2012-13, 2013-14 AND 2015-16 CAPITAL BUDGETS, RESPECTIVELY, FOR THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT, BY TRANSFERRING CAPITAL CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUNDS TO THE PROJECT TITLED ZOO BEAUTIFICATION, AS ESTABLISHED IN SECTION III OF THIS ORDINANCE. O-374-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2014 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 017, SERIES 2015 PERTAINING TO THE 2014-2015 CAPITAL BUDGET APPROPRIATING $260,000 METRO LOUISVILLE PARKS AGENCY RECEIPTS TO BE RECEIVED PER A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE OLMSTED PARKS CONSERVANCY TOWARDS THE BOONE SQUARE PARK RENOVATIONS PROJECT. O-297-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 104, SERIES 2015 PERTAINING TO THE 2015-2016 CAPITAL BUDGET APPROPRIATING $225,000 METRO LOUISVILLE PARKS AGENCY RECEIPTS RECEIVED PER A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE METROPOLITAN SEWER DISTRICT TO MITIGATE THE IMPACTS OF THE SANITARY SEWER PROJECT ON MCNEELY LAKE PARK.
