Chair Person Hamilton called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.

was established.

YEARS 2012-13, 2013-14 AND 2015-16 CAPITAL BUDGETS, RESPECTIVELY, FOR THE
LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT, BY TRANSFERRING
CAPITAL CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUNDS TO THE PROJECT TITLED ZOO
BEAUTIFICATION, AS ESTABLISHED IN SECTION III OF THIS ORDINANCE. (Action

RECEIVED PER A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE OLMSTED PARKS
CONSERVANCY TOWARDS THE BOONE SQUARE PARK RENOVATIONS PROJECT.
(Action Required By: May 2016)

A motion was made by Council Member Woolridge, seconded by Council
Member James, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
Chair Person Hamilton announced a technical correction was needed by
changing Ordinance number 107, Series 2015 to Ordinance No. 017, Series
2015 in the title and in Section I.

THE METROPOLITAN SEWER DISTRICT TO MITIGATE THE IMPACTS OF THE
SANITARY SEWER PROJECT ON MCNEELY LAKE PARK. (Action Required By: March
2016)
