A motion was made by Vice Chair Downard, seconded by Council Member Kramer, that this Ordinance be amended by increasing the amount transferred to $40,000 from the District 6 CIF to the District 6 NDF and reducing the amount transferred to $10,000 from the District 6 NDF to the Louisville Metro Council General Operations District 6. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. O-416-15 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING YEAR-END OPERATING BUDGET TRANSFERS BETWEEN VARIOUS AGENCIES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015 AND TO PROVIDE VARIOUS TRANSFERS AS DETAILED HEREIN (AS AMENDED). Daniel Frockt and Aaron Jackson, OMB, spoke to this item and requested the following amendment. A motion was made by Vice Chair Downard, seconded by Council Member James, that this Ordinance be amended by changing SECTION VII to read as follows, "The sum of ($3,000,000) $2,500,000 is hereby transferred from the General Fund to the Risk Management Fund related to judgment claims and the sum of $500,000 shall be carried forward into the FY16 Metro Council operating budget for purposes to be designated by the Metro Council." Jefferson County Clerk, Bobbie Holesclaw spoke to this item. Mrs. Holesclaw submitted a check for $35,182.92 of excess fees to the Metro Council Clerk. The Council Clerk turned the check over to Aaron Jackson of OMB during the meeting. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar. 5. R-242-15 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JEFFERSON COUNTY SHERIFF’S 2016 BUDGET.
