O-300-16 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2016 AND ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES 2016 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2016-17 OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET, RESPECTIVELY, BY TRANSFERRING $40,000 FROM THE DISTRICT 20 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUND TO THE DISTRICT 20 CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUND. Matt Golden and Jon Baker, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, spoke to the item and gave a presentation. Following a recommendation of the County Attorney's Office to hold the item, a motion was made by Chair Person Butler to adjourn the meeting. The motion failed for lack of a second and objections to adjournment. Sarah Martin, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, spoke to the item. This item was held. Executive Session A motion was made by Committee Member Kramer, seconded by Vice Chair Leet, to enter into executive session to deliberate pending litigation. Without objection, the committee entered executive session at 4:30 p.m. The committee reconvened into open session at 4:55 p.m. No official action was taken during the executive session. Adjournment Without objection, Chair Person Butler adjourned the meeting at 4:55 p.m. *NOTE: Items sent to the Consent Calendar or Old Business will be heard before the full Council at the Metro Council Meeting on September 8, 2016.
