O-438-16 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING YEAR-END OPERATING BUDGET TRANSFERS BETWEEN VARIOUS AGENCIES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016 AND TO PROVIDE VARIOUS TRANSFERS AS DETAILED HEREIN. Sponsors:Primary David Yates (D-25) A motion was made by Committee Member Woolridge, seconded by Committee Member James, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. The motion to table carried by a voice vote. Note: Chair Person Butler stated a Special Budget Committee meeting would be scheduled for Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. to continue discussion on O-438-16. However, it was later determined the meeting would instead be scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Chair Person Butler recused herself from the discussion on Item 3 and left at 4:46 p.m. Vice Chair Leet assumed the chair for discussion of Item 3. 3. R-174-16 A RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING LOUISVILLE METRO GOVERNMENT TO INTERVENE IN THE LOUISVILLE GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY’S RATE CASE FILED WITH THE KENTUCKY PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION Sponsors:Primary Bill Hollander (D-9), Primary Mary C.
