Call to Order
Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 5:06 PM.
Roll Call
Chair Person Butler introduced the committee members present. A quorum
was established.
Committee Member Fowler arrived at 5:08 PM and Committee Member
Hollander arrived at 5:11 PM. Committee Member Blackwell left at 6:30 PM.

FROM THE AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS
TO BE USED BY METRO ANIMAL SERVICES TO SUPPORT A COMMUNITY CAT
SPAY/NEUTER INITIATIVE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE KENTUCKY HUMANE
SOCIETY.

METRO GOVERNMENT, BY TRANSFERRING ($5,000) $9,000 FROM THE
NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUND (DISTRICT 14) TO LOUISVILLE METRO
COUNCIL GENERAL OPERATIONS (DISTRICT 14). (AS AMENDED)

A motion was made by Committee Member Woolridge, seconded by
Committee Member James, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
Committee Member Fowler spoke to the item.
A motion was made by Committee Member Fowler, seconded by Vice Chair
Kramer, that this Ordinance be amended by increasing the amount transferred
to $9,000.
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
