Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.

THE 2016-2017 CAPITAL BUDGET CHANGING THE LOCATION OF PROJECT NUMBER
11 APPROPRIATED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.

A motion was made by Committee Member Hamilton, seconded by Committee
Member Fowler, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
Eric Troutman, Metro Corrections, spoke to the item.
The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to the

101, SERIES 2016 RELATING TO THE 2016-2017 CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGETS,
RESPECTIVELY, BY ADDING A CAPITAL PROJECT TITLED VESSEL ACQUISITION
APPROPRIATED TO THE WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND BY
TRANSFERRING $750,000 TO THE CAPITAL CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND.
