O-107-17 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES 2016 AS PERTAINING TO THE 2016-2017 CAPITAL BUDGET CHANGING THE LOCATION OF PROJECT NUMBER 11 APPROPRIATED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS. Sponsors:Primary Marianne Butler (D-15) A motion was made by Committee Member Hamilton, seconded by Committee Member Fowler, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Eric Troutman, Metro Corrections, spoke to the item. O-110-17 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES 2016 AND ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2016 RELATING TO THE 2016-2017 CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGETS, RESPECTIVELY, BY ADDING A CAPITAL PROJECT TITLED VESSEL ACQUISITION APPROPRIATED TO THE WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND BY TRANSFERRING $750,000 TO THE CAPITAL CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND.
