Call to Order
Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 5:06 PM.
Roll Call
Chair Person Butler introduced the committee members and non-committee
members present. A quorum was established.
Committee Member Fowler arrived at 5:09 PM, Committee Member Leet arrived
at 5:12 PM and Committee Member Blackwell left at 5:37 PM.

NO. 101, SERIES 2016 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2016-17 CAPITAL AND
OPERATING BUDGETS, RESPECTIVELY, BY TRANSFERRING $210,000 FROM THE
PROJECT TITLED WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT PHASE IV TO WATERFRONT
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OPERATIONS.

Per her request, and without objection, Chair Person Butler added Committee
Member Hamilton as a co-sponsor.

DISTRICT 3 CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUND TO THE DISTRICT 3 NEIGHBORHOOD
DEVELOPMENT FUND.

SEWER DISTRICT (HEREINAFTER “THE DISTRICT”) WHICH AMENDS THE
DISTRICT’S SCHEDULE OF RATES, RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR WASTEWATER
AND DRAINAGE SERVICES PURSUANT TO KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES
