Roll Call Chair Person Butler introduced the committee members and non-committee members present. A quorum was established. O-188-17 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES 2016 AND ORDINANCE NO. 101, SERIES 2016 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2016-17 CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGETS, RESPECTIVELY, BY TRANSFERRING $210,000 FROM THE PROJECT TITLED WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT PHASE IV TO WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OPERATIONS.
