O-185-17 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RATES, RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR WASTEWATER AND DRAINAGE SERVICES SET FORTH IN THE RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE LOUISVILLE AND JEFFERSON COUNTY METROPOLITAN SEWER DISTRICT (HEREINAFTER “THE DISTRICT”) WHICH AMENDS THE DISTRICT’S SCHEDULE OF RATES, RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR WASTEWATER AND DRAINAGE SERVICES PURSUANT TO KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES CHAPTER 76 AND APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE PROJECTS TO BE PERFORMED. Tony Parrott, Metropolitan Sewer District, gave a presentation and answered questions. A motion was made by Committee Member James, seconded by Committee Member Leet, that this Ordinance be tabled until July 13, 2017. The motion carried without objection and the Ordinance was Tabled and will be heard at a Special Budget Committee meeting on July 13, 2017 at 2: 30 PM.
