Call to Order
Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 4:01 PM.
Roll Call
Chair Person Butler introduced the committee members and non-committee
members present. A quorum was established.
Committee Member Johnson arrived at 4:05 PM and Committee Member Reed
arrived at 4:44 PM.

DISTRICT (HEREINAFTER “THE DISTRICT”) WHICH AMENDS THE DISTRICT’S
SCHEDULE OF RATES, RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR WASTEWATER AND
DRAINAGE SERVICES PURSUANT TO KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES CHAPTER 76
AND APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE PROJECTS TO BE PERFORMED.

A motion was made by Committee Member Woolridge, seconded by Vice
Chair Kramer, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
Tony Parrott, Metropolitan Sewer District, gave a presentation and answered
questions.
A motion was made by Committee Member James, seconded by Committee
Member Leet, that this Ordinance be tabled until July 13, 2017.
The motion carried without objection and the Ordinance was Tabled and will
be heard at a Special Budget Committee meeting on July 13, 2017 at 2: 30 PM.
