Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 5:02 PM.

FISCAL YEAR 2017-18 OPERATING BUDGET AND ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES 2016
RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2016-17 CAPITAL BUDGET BY TRANSFERRING
$124,000 FROM THE METRO COUNCIL OPERATING BUDGET AND $200,000 FROM
THE METRO HALL RESTORATION CAPITAL PROJECT TO THE CITY HALL EXTERIOR
RENOVATION CAPITAL PROJECT.

ORDINANCES (LMCO) TO INCREASE THE DEBT SERVICE ADJUSTMENT FROM
SEVEN PERCENT (7%) TO TEN PERCENT (10%) FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME.

A motion was made by Committee Member Woolridge, seconded by

Tony Parrott, Metropolitan Sewer District, gave a presentation and answered
questions.
A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by Committee
Member Fowler, that this Ordinance be sent to the full Council without
recommendation.
A voice vote was taken, however, the chair then called for a roll call vote. The
motion to send the Ordinance to the full Council without recommendation
carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to Old Business:

BOARD OF THE LOUISVILLE AND JEFFERSON COUNTY METROPOLITAN SEWER
DISTRICT (HEREINAFTER “THE DISTRICT”) WHICH AMENDS THE DISTRICT’S
SCHEDULE OF RATES, RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR WASTEWATER AND
DRAINAGE SERVICES PURSUANT TO KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES CHAPTER 76
AND APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE PROJECTS TO BE PERFORMED.
