O-223-17 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 114, SERIES 2017 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2017-18 OPERATING BUDGET AND ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES 2016 RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2016-17 CAPITAL BUDGET BY TRANSFERRING $124,000 FROM THE METRO COUNCIL OPERATING BUDGET AND $200,000 FROM THE METRO HALL RESTORATION CAPITAL PROJECT TO THE CITY HALL EXTERIOR RENOVATION CAPITAL PROJECT. Tony Parrott, Metropolitan Sewer District, gave a presentation and answered questions. A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by Committee Member Fowler, that this Ordinance be sent to the full Council without recommendation. A voice vote was taken, however, the chair then called for a roll call vote. O-185-17 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RATES, RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR WASTEWATER AND DRAINAGE SERVICES SET FORTH IN THE RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE LOUISVILLE AND JEFFERSON COUNTY METROPOLITAN SEWER DISTRICT (HEREINAFTER “THE DISTRICT”) WHICH AMENDS THE DISTRICT’S SCHEDULE OF RATES, RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR WASTEWATER AND DRAINAGE SERVICES PURSUANT TO KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES CHAPTER 76 AND APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE PROJECTS TO BE PERFORMED.
