A quorum was established. Wagner, Assistant Clerk Louisville Metro Government Page 1 Budget Committee Action Summary - Final October 3, 2017 Special Discussion: Soccer Stadium Project Chair Person Butler announced that while the committee waited for a quorum of committee members to arrive, she would allow the discussion to begin. The discussion covered both Items 1 and 2 on the agenda. Jeff Mosley, Mayor's Office, and Daniel Frockt, Office of Management and Budget, spoke to Items 1 and 2 and gave a presentation. Michael Mountjoy, Louisville City Football Club, also spoke to Items 1 and 2. Chair Person Butler then announced that a quorum was established and the committee would first consider Item 2 on the agenda. Pending Legislation 1. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to Old Business due to a non-unanimous vote. Vice Chair Kramer objected to calling the question. Without objection, Chair Person Butler allowed discussion to continue on the item. Charles Musson, Law Firm of Rubin and Hays, and Head Coach James O'Connor, Louisville City Football Club, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Blackwell, seconded by Committee Member Kramer, that this Ordinance be tabled until after the Special Labor and Economic Development Committee meeting on Thursday, October 5.
