O-179-17 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 TO ADOPT A LOCAL FOOD PERMIT FOR FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS TO BE IMPLEMENTED AND ENFORCED BY THE LOUISVILLE METRO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS.
