Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 5:03 PM.
Roll Call
Chair Person Butler introduced the committee members present. A quorum
was established.
Committee Member Leet arrived at 5:07 p.m. and Committee Member Fowler
arrived at 5:14 p.m.. Committee Members Leet and Blackwell left at 6:01 p.m.
