Chair Person Hollander called the meeting to order at 4:35 PM.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Kramer, seconded by Committee Member
Fowler, that this Ordinance be amended by increasing the amount transferred
by $1.00 to $83,628. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
