Chair Person Hollander called the meeting to order at 4:32 PM.
Roll Call

non-committee members present. A quorum was established.

Committee Member Butler spoke to the item.
A motion was made by Committee Member Butler, seconded by Vice Chair
Kramer, that this Ordinance be amended by substitution with the attached
document titled, "O-285-18 PROPOSED CABS Health Service Fee Ordinance
sjm (8-30-18) Amendment by Sub (002).pdf". The motion to amend by
substitution carried by a voice vote.
Matt Rhodes, Metro Public Health and Wellness, and Stacy Roof, Kentucky
Restaurant Association, spoke to the item.
Council Members Woolridge, Sexton Smith and President James requested to
be added as Co-Sponsors.
The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the
amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business:
