A quorum was established. ID 19-0297 Increase in Pension Contributions Required by the Kentucky Retirement Systems, Possible Reductions in Metro Services and a Proposed Increase in the Insurance Premium Tax - Daniel Frockt (Office of Management and Budget), Shellie Hampton and Rich Ornstein (Kentucky Association of Counties), and J.D. Chaney (Kentucky League of Cities) Attachments: 022519 Budget Cmte Presentation 2-25-19.pdf Chair Person Hollander spoke to the item and stated that two Public Hearings were scheduled for Thursday, February 28, 2019 and Monday, March 4, 2019, both beginning at 6:00 p.m., to allow the public to speak to this item. He also stated the public would be allowed to speak up to three minutes at only one of the two Public Hearings, and can begin signing up to speak one hour prior the start of the Public Hearings. Shellie Hampton (Kentucky Association of Counties) and J.D. Chaney (Kentucky League of Cities) spoke to the item. Daniel Frockt and Aaron Jackson (Office of Management and Budget) spoke to the item and gave a presentation.
