Call to Order
Chair Person Hollander called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m.
Roll Call
Chair Person Hollander introduced the committee members and
non-committee members present. A quorum was established.

at 5:04 p.m.

Member Dorsey, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
Marilyn Harris, Office of Housing, and Committee Member Sexton Smith spoke
to the item.
A motion was made by Committee Member Sexton Smith, seconded by
Committee Member Blackwell, that this Ordinance be amended as follows:
- Strike through "2.21%" in Section II on Page 2
- Insert "the Applicable Federal Rate (AFR) in effect on the date of City View
Park – Acorn loan’s closing" in Section II on Page 2
- Strike "principal" in Section II on Page 2
The motion carried by a voice vote.
