Call to Order
Chair Person Hollander called the meeting to order at 4:34 p.m.
Roll Call
Chair Person Hollander introduced the committee members and
non-committee members present. A quorum was established.
Committee Member Fowler arrived at 4:35 p.m. Committee Member Sexton
Smith arrived at 4:35 p.m. Committee Member Reed arrived at 4:42 p.m.
Committee Member Winkler left at 5:54 p.m. Committee Member Piagentini
left at 5:56 p.m. Committee Member Sexton Smith left at 6:19 p.m. Committee
Member Reed left at 6:20 p.m. Committee Member Fowler left at 6:31 p.m.*
*NOTE: Upon the departure of Committee Member Fowler, the presence of
President James allowed the committee to maintain quorum for the remainder
of the meeting.

Services.

gave a presentation on the Jefferson Regional Juvenile Detention Center
(RJDC).
