The following spoke to this item: - Committee Member Fowler - Committee Member Ackerson - Committee Member Dorsey - Chair Person Hollander - Committee Member McCraney - Committee Member Mulvihill - Council Member Coan - Committee Member Winkler - Committee Member Piagentini The following was discussed: - Leftover funds from Sun Valley Pool - Funds will be used for Blevins Gap repaving - Accounts where the funds originated - Concerns of allocation of funds during the pandemic - Concerns of reallocation of funds from the general capital budget to a specific district project - Ensuring the funds are reallocated for an appropriate use - Amount of leftover funds from all swimming pools projects - Renovation of swimming pools - Possibility of pools opening this year due to pandemic - Condition of Blevins Gap current paving - Metro Council making decisions to transfer funds as a whole A motion was made by Committee Member Piagentini, seconded by Committee Member Reed, that this Ordinance be tabled. After an inconclusive voice vote, Chair Person Hollander called for a roll call vote.
