Chair Hollander had a question regarding EMS numbers showing a substantial drop from what the Council approved from EMS revenue, being more than a million dollars compared to what was anticipated. Committee Member Piagentini spoke on a fiscal year 2019, fiscal year 2020, and fiscal year 2021 decline in revenue. 2.
